1. Who We Are (Data Controller)

This Privacy Policy explains how Aurora Group Platforms LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), the operator of Living Well Reports (livingwellreports.org, the "Site"), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data when you visit the Site. We are an independent marketing affiliate and content publisher; we are not the manufacturer or the retailer of the products we feature. Orders are processed by authorized third-party retailers on their own checkouts, under their own privacy policies.

The company responsible for personal data collected through this Site is Aurora Group Platforms LLC, 30 N Gould Street, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States. For any privacy request or question, contact us at [email protected].

2. What Personal Data We Collect

Depending on how you interact with the Site, we may collect:

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data through this Site, and we do not use the Site to collect health information about you.

3. Why We Collect It and Our Legal Basis

We use personal data to operate and improve the Site, measure the performance of our advertising, understand which pages are visited, respond to inquiries, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations. Where required by applicable law, our legal basis is your consent (for advertising and analytics cookies), our legitimate interests (operating and securing the Site and measuring marketing), and compliance with legal obligations.

4. Email Newsletter

If you subscribe to our email newsletter, we collect the email address you provide, the date and time of your signup, and the IP address associated with the signup request, which we retain as a record of your affirmative opt-in. We use your email address to send periodic emails about product research published on this Site, general supplement-industry news, and offers related to products we cover.

We do not sell or rent your email address. Every commercial email we send includes a working unsubscribe mechanism, honored promptly and in any case within 10 business days, consistent with the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act. You may also unsubscribe at any time, or request deletion of your signup record before we send anything, by emailing [email protected]. Subscribing to the newsletter is entirely optional and separate from browsing or using any other part of the Site.

5. Advertising, Tracking, and Data Sharing With Third Parties

Individual end-user tracking and data sharing with third parties for advertising and marketing purposes takes place on this Site. We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to measure ad performance and attribute conversions. For these purposes we may share online identifiers and usage data with our advertising and analytics provider, Microsoft.

Microsoft Advertising (UET): This Site uses the Microsoft Universal Event Tracking (UET) tag. Through it, Microsoft collects or receives personal data from users of this Site for conversion tracking, analytics, and advertising. For details, see the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

We do not sell your personal data for money. Some sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under certain U.S. state laws; see Section 9 for how to opt out.

6. Retention and International Transfers

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Where a transfer of data outside your home country occurs, we rely on appropriate safeguards for that transfer.

7. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to run the Site, and — only with your consent — analytics/advertising cookies to measure marketing performance. When you first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies; you can change that choice at any time using the "Cookie preferences" control shown on the Site. For full detail, see our Cookie Policy. Disabling some cookies may affect Site functionality.

8. Your Privacy Rights and How to Exercise Them

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data; to withdraw consent; and to opt out of targeted advertising or the "sale"/"sharing" of your personal data.

Where consent is required, you may give or withdraw it at any time via the cookie/consent controls on the Site or by contacting us. Where opt-out rights apply, you may exercise them by emailing [email protected]. To opt out of interest-based ads from participating companies, you can also visit optout.aboutads.info and youradchoices.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Global Privacy Control (GPC): This Site detects and honors the GPC browser signal as an opt-out of non-essential tracking. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it the same as an explicit decline of advertising/analytics cookies — automatically, without requiring you to also click through our cookie banner.

9. U.S. State Privacy Rights (California CPRA and Others)

If you are a resident of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, or another U.S. state with applicable privacy laws, you have specific rights. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), these include the right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal data collected, the categories of sources and of third parties with whom it is shared, and the purposes for collection; the right to delete and to correct; and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data and to limit the use of sensitive personal data.

Categories of personal data we collect: identifiers (e.g., IP address, online identifiers), internet/network activity (browsing and interaction data), and, if you contact us, the contact details you provide. Recipients: our advertising and analytics provider (Microsoft) and our service providers. To exercise any right, including to opt out of "sale"/"sharing," email [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy Request." You may use an authorized agent, and we will verify requests as required by law.

10. Children's Privacy

This Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision, and the current version will always be posted on this page.
